At Zitomer Pharmacy Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
